With over 20 years of business experience, she learned the strategies and skills necessary to lead, manage, and motivate employees all over the world.
Claire is a graduate of Emporia State University, a Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association and a trained executive business coach.
She has been a Board member and Chairman of the Board at The University of North Texas Professional Leadership Program, College of Business.

Calling on her background in Improvisational comedy, Claire’s keynote speeches, breakout sessions and training workshops use participatory-style training methods that teach practical knowledge and skills through highly interactive methodologies and real-life business lessons, and has presented in the US as well as the UK, Canada and Australia.
The Improv Artist
With more than 20 years’ experience as an improvisational actor and performer, Claire is a firm believer in the “Yes, and…” philosophy.
Claire’s career arc in improv is a history lesson in Dallas’ improv community. As a player with Locked Out Productions and currently with ComedySportz Dallas, she earned her spurs alongside many great comedy players. Claire’s stage presence coupled with her team player approach make her the ideal improv player. You can see her, and her many character personalities, in action weekly at the Comedy Arena in McKinney, Texas.
Her improv skills have served her well. Claire’s ability to make others look good has made her customized workshops and seminars memorable and useful to every attendee. Interactive methodologies, taken right from the improv stage, get coupled with a hands-on approach. This makes for a unique blend of business content delivered with an unforgettable collaborative approach.

Claire’s programs take the skills and guiding principles taught through improvisational comedy and demonstrates how they transfer to the workplace. In the fall of 2016, Claire launched her Internet TV show “Coffee with Claire”. New shows air every Friday morning at 9 am and available 24/7 on www.coffeewithclaire.tv, RealNewsPR, Facebook Live, You Tube, Twitch.tv, and on Podcast distributors including Spreaker, iTunes, Google Play, and others.
Guidance
Claire is also a Laughter Yoga leader and in her spare time instructs classes at large corporate office campuses, Senior Centers, Nursing Homes, Memory Care Facilities, and most recently, Healing Springs Ranch.
